NWN EE: Aasimar subrace without bonus feat and skill point from Human?

The server I play on has the Aasimar subrace, but they are unable to remove the bonus skill point and feat that you get for having a base class of Human, is there someway that this could be done through scripting? Or is it tied to the race and would have to pick another one as the base? Any plans to add Subraces in the future?

    Skilled Learner or whatever it is called is a hardcoded feat for that specific line of racialtypes.2da.

    To have Aasimar not receive that, you would want to create a new racialtype on a new line instead of making it a human subrace.

    BeamDog added possibility to select new custom races, thus systems that were using subrace field can be thrown away - you can define what was previously called subrace as a new race and avoid these issues all together.
