If I change via Eekeper the alignment of my ranger

and then level up, will I have issues when it comes to spells??

What happens if I dual class to cleric?

    You should be able to have no issues with 99% of the spells. There are a few cleric spells that cannot be cast by either good or evil aligned characters. The alignment restrictions are based on D&D rules more so than utilizing abilities in most cases.
