Manually starting Dorn/Neera/Rasaad side quests/romances

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Does anyone know which global variables I need to change to start these? Dorn side quest starts immediately so its no problem, but Neera/Rasaad seem to have timers to start them. What variables do I need to change?

Also what variables start the various romance talks?

    Anyone? As far as I can tell, Neera's romance stops at "I need to think more about this". What about Rasaad or Dorn?

    Its weird that every BG 1 EE walkthrough I have seen pretty much ignores the romances and say pretty much nothing about them...
