Updater timing out to 0 B/s ?

I can shut down the client/patcher and start it again and it will do a "Check Files" routine and then say I have between 80mb to 76mb to download. The amount seems to vary a bit. Not sure why. Game WAS completely patched tp the previous version with no problems. I have 25 mb/s cable download speed available. I have access to other programs and know that my connection is valid and running.

Any ideas why the NWN:EE client is stopping and not completing? Is it perhaps a p2p issue with not enough people sharing? Not sure how it works through Beamdog. Running win7 Pro, files/folder & client all have Administrator rights.

Out of ideas atm lol
