For Noobs? Tutorials, Books and Stuff

Often people ask questions that have been asked many times before. If only they had access to tutorials and/or pre-fabricated materials they might be able to help themselves. Well... Over on the vault there are a couple of threads. These threads are full of links to tutorials in one and replacement books and plug 'n play items (i.e. things that do stuff with little or no scripting necessary). Rather than to duplicate what is over there I am providing links to the threads themselves.
