Specifically, someone who knows C#. The HakInstaller, the tool that allows the PRC (and any other hak, as it is freely available on the Vault) to be a one-click install process into a module, no longer works under NWN EE.

This is because the HakInstaller uses the old NWN registry entries to guide where it looks for NWN, and where to install the haks. The only change needed to make it compatible with NWN EE is to update where it looks for haks/module folders.
