EET instalation problem

I have been trying to install EET with the EE mod setup tool. I had the same error before, tried to install it again (no failure happened this time), but then I couldn't launch the game, even if Steam thought I was playing it. Now I tried to install it all over again and it's the same error as the first time. Here is the log:

Is there any fix? Is it related to the new patch?
