Issues with players connecting to persistent world.

I am in need of some help. I hosting a persistent world and I am getting players saying they are getting disconnected or they can't sign in to the server. I have all ports open and nothing has changed in the past week but this all started to happen in the past week. I check the server error logs and they are blank. I did see in the server log a line where a user said it kicked them out right before "XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:PORT switching relayed mode: 0->1". I also noticed some times it says our public address port changes from 5121 to 1024. Which is not correct.
