Launcher throws System.UriFormatException

When starting the launcher it crashes a few seconds after startup. The most interesting part in the problem details window says System.UriFormatException.

I suspect it receives a bad response from the server which causes it to crash.

    App did not crash when I launched it after disabling internet connection. After that I enabled it, paused the download and resumed it. Now it is downloading. Case sort of resolved for me since I managed to get it downloading. May still affect some other folks though.

    I'll be darned. Disabling my internet connection, allowing it to check the files, then reconnecting to the internet once it said "connecting" worked for me too. Thanks Arnelism!
