nwserver-linux stopped working :(

This morning it was fine. i downloaded my module, made some changes... uploaded, killed server, started server... fail fail fail.

It will no longer run older versions either.

With no module it runs. load any module (so far) and it says

Error Number -930, 90619
Unexpected Parameter

    corrupted content, not sure how...

    renamed directories and fresh start did it.
