where can I find this legendary katana? Is there any spot where it might appear?

    AFAIK this weapon can be found only in NWN2.

    divine fury can be found in nwn from random chest once your level is higher than 17

    And to add to what @DSLevantine said, if you have Weapon Focus Katana, it will almost guarantee you find one at some point.

    The loot system can be very random but is influenced by your characters feats.

    Some chests are guaranteed to have a weapon of your focus, several in Chapter 3.

    Sometimes my Wizard finds high level scrolls like Horrid Wilting in Chapter 1 or 2.
