Probably asked but not sure where it is

I am trying to figure out why I cannot use or even see the tool set in my client menu.

Any help on this issue would be appreciated.

    In the BD Client? If you can't see the button at all - it's cleverly hidden. Grab the lower right corner, drag to enlarge the window.

    I still do not see it, i load the game and in the menu it only gives me an option New, Load, Mutliplayer, Options and exit
