Darkness over Daggerford resources in the base game?

This is just a small reminder that the content introduced by premium modules (music tracks, portraits, tilesets, models...) in BioWare's time would end up included among the core game resources.
I think it's a tradition that could and should be followed.
At the very least it would be appreciated if Beamdog/Ossian gave us the permission to use this content in our own modules. Back in 1.69 days I was given permission by Ossian to use the soundtrack of the non-premium Darkness over Daggerford in my own module, so I assume I'm allowed to use the few original tracks it had back then. What about the new ones and other new content?
Clarification on this would be most welcome, but adding these resources to the game in a patch would be even better (this way players could make use of the new portraits, too).
