Trouble with Ajantis for BG2

So I downloaded and then extracted Ajantis V. 18 from the Gibberlings3 website, but when I went to set it up it gave me the following message:

Windows Defender Smartscreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk.

This is different than my normal "allow access" pop-up that comes with most mods.

Is this somehow a virus? I've never had an issue with Gibberlings3 before and I always get my mods from either there or PocketPlane because I know these are trusted sources.

Does anyone have any advice, because I really would like to try this mod out.

    Hey buddy, Ive already tried the mod and its not supposed to show any warning messages, at least on my Windows pc its hasnt shown any.
    If you wish I can send you the mod files from computer.

    If you could send me a link to where you got it instead that'd be great. The last time I tried to download a mod that someone sent me, the files didn't translate well.
