Problem with ranger stronghold.

I keep having problems with the second quest in the ranger stronghold. Delon rarely appears, and when he does appear I can't interact with him or he has the wrong dialogue. I've completed the first quest, I change the variable of Ogronassault and Delon appears. He has the dialogue when you meet him for the first time, I talk with the mayor and I've failed the stronghold.

I run the multiple stronghold part from BG/CD tweaks, but has never ran into this problem when playing BGT with the same component. I've added my save game, though it would be nice to know if there was a workaround for this problem for my next game.

[Edited] : Was able to fix it by reinstalling the game.
