Custom Ranged Weapons

It would be GLORIOUS to be able to create custom ranged weapons for NWN EE. I would like to see guns that do not replace crossbows, Javelins that are not darts and Blowguns. All community needs for this to happen is unhardcoding the ranged weapons.
