New modding project - updated battle cutscenes (originally pet peeves title)

I was wondering what pet peeves people had in the IE game and small adjustments they make on their own game.
One of mine is the opening cutscene in bgee - it always annoyed me that Gorion wouldn't first try to protect his ward, who incidently would very likely die if it weren't for a magical min hp1 spell cast on charname before the battle.
So I made a tiny tweak to "correct" that and remove the min hp spell.
Would be interesting to know what other minor things annoy people.

Edit: I've decided to try to gather together and update all the battle cutscenes throughout the games and package them as a mod. Please help me to list every battle cutscene and also any ideas for improvements.
Im starting with the opening Gorion/Sarevok cutscene - I've brought back the original Gorion heal and Tamoko flame arrow (with plausible reasons). I've made it so that the custscene is removed and the battle plays out live - you therefore have a real choice to stay and fight with Gorion or to flee - all the actors are mortal and use abilities suitable for true d&d rules - however Sarevok is the same Sarevok you meet at the end of game, with an improved sword of chaos (Ascension style) - so good luck to anyone who thinks not fleeing in the best choice
Also on the radar is the Neera encounter in Beregost - with the goal of making her mortal and unlikely to die, through good choices, rather than game scripts.

I only mod these days. Strangely, I like modding much more than playing. But this, this is speaking to me
The Gorion battle is basically done - needs testing and polish. Fancy having a test? Do you know of any other battle cutscenes to update?
