Game Crashes When Entering Hall of Justice

Hello everyone.

I've started a new play-through of this game, but right after the Prelude my game crashes. I can see the cinematic preceding the start of Chapter 1, I can speak to Fenthick and Desther, but when I try to cross the door to the Hall of Justice my game crashes to desktop. At first I thought there was a problem with the Enhanced Hall of Justice mod from Beamdog, but even after unsubscribing from it the game still CTDs. I've also checked the game files integrity, but it didn't help. What can I do to make this game work?

EDIT: After unsubscribing from all the mods from the Steam Workshop (those official mods from Beamdog), the game has begun to work properly.

    It's a known problem with Steam Workshop overrides, better wait for them to go official into the game.
