PLT and Opacity

Hi everyone.

I'm trying to create new heads for EE with Neverblender but the opacity dont' work when I use textures in PLT format (colourable) I've heard that some community designers have developed custom shaders that allow to use opacities into the heads, working correctly (and also applying Normal and Specular Map). Where can I find these Shaders? And where should I apply the Alpha channel to work?
