Scrollbars for kits

I've just completed a fresh install for Bg1ee, with many dozens of mods. When selecting kits, there are only 11 on screen. I vaguely recall this was an issue many moons ago, but I thought it was fixed with scrollbars in a newish release. Is there something I need to do to enable that functionality, or something I could have done to disable it?

Version is 2.5.17.0, beamdog version downloaded/installed using god-awful client tool Friday, if that helps.

    Just checked and my bg2ee installation is version 2.5.16.6 and it has working scrollbars and more than 11 classes.
