    after talking to the prostitute Sugar who tells you about Ivanne and you go to talk to him at the tavern He will just ignore you, saying "that be all the tales ill be tellin' Come back later and maybe a story awaits"
    he does not take 10 coin or talk about Scar murder

    can I set IVANNESTORYTOLD to 2 and continue on?
