sharing saved games

Hi!
I will be playing on both my labtop and desktop. Is there any built-in function for sharing the saved games between pc's?

    I've been answered that there won't be any on release but it will be definitly added. One solution seems to be using something like dropbox or google drive to have a shared save folder. Just have to find out how to change the default save folder =)

    Where are the saved games currently stored? I am rebuilding a computer today and want to transfer the install and saved games to the new Harddrive.
