Faldorn timer?

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Does Faldorn have a timer? Using BG1 NPC Project I have opened up Cloakwood and was wondering if I rushed to pick her up, if I'd have to clear the Cloakwood mines. Otherwise, I'm taking her on a long journey from the Gnoll Stronghold to the Bandit Camp!! :)

    I've never noticed one. I often pick her up and bring her back out of the Cloakwood early, do 'everything' else , then start the usual NMines, Bandit Camp, and then go on to finish up the CMines themselves and she's just fine.

    found this thread tho....
    What happens if you just kill Faldorn in the first game when he asked to join you, will he return in bg2 druid grove? back to life like drizzt if you killed him in bg1?

    None of what you do in BG 1 transfers over to BG 2, Nothing at all. You can kill every NPC and they'll all be back (sometimes in really crappy ways)
