Black Pits 2: Any advice on final battle with the Planar Hunters using default party?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
So I finally made it to Dennaton but the Planar Hunters arrive - how should I deal with them? :)

My party consists of:
Archer Lvl 30
Cavalier Lvl 30
Beserker Lvl 34
Sorcerer Lvl 27
Fighter Lvl 21/Cleric Lvl22
Blade Lvl 39

Any advice would be welcome because it looks tough :sweat: cheers!
