Will be BG:EE released today in the promised languages?

Anyone know if european players can finally play in the promised languages in the release? Any way to do this? Why is there so little information of this theme to as few hours?

According to Cameron Tofer (Twitter, 24 Nov.) the game will ship with German, French, Czech, and Spanish translations.

is it possible to change the language during the game without reinstall/redownload whole game?

and do we know when do we get other languages? (polish translation is complete afaik, why doesnt it come with shipping?)
