in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
I spoke with him at the FAI, got the How Rude journal entry, but the encounter on the road to the mine map isn’t spawning. Any advice?

    You mean, you have reached the area OH1000 (looks the same as a random traveling encounter area), but nobody's there? Or you aren't able to trigger that area?

    Are you coming from Nashkel? I think it's needed to go from there to mines to trigger the encounter
