Where do I find a detailed description on what the feed back options do?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
To-Hit Rolls is obvious as are Actions and State Changes. But Miscellaneous, Selection Text and Combat Information I would like to know of a place to find exact details on as I would like to limit the amount of information given to the UI while retaining what I need.
