Valen Shadowbreath movement speed decreased permanently

This (bug ?) happened after finishing the makers dungeon. Valen's movement speed is now permanently decreased. I've tried resting, healing, lesser restoration, restoration, removing from party and reinviting. Nothing works.

    Apparantly, as Valen died and I ressurected him, he was for some reason in stealth mode (without animation) and once I toggled that off and on he runs again.
