    It's one of the best IMO and so overlooked because it's so early. All the things you said and absolutely horrific if you dwell on it. Would have loved the full follow up with the Twisted Rune.

    Shameless promotion here, this is a chapter from my fic from Reijek's point of view. I find the whole skin dancer thing fascinating.
