Isra Bug: Unable to Join Party (BG)

I recently installed all of my mods and when I reached Isra she did her usually dialog at the beginning but after saving Prism I was unable to talk to either her or Prism.

I eventually decided to move on but since I'm almost done with Throne of Bhaal now I may be returning to Isra in the near future.

Any ideas what went wrong or how to fix it?
