New Items for Bards and Druids?

I vaguely half remember this being thrown around as an idea early on. Did anything come of this? if so I might be tempted to make one.

    There's been rumours of an Elven Chain Mail being thrown in, for Bards. Also Ankheg Armor has been made even better since it will not be considered anymore as a magical armor - that'll be top news for Druids in particular.
