Bug in the alley of lingering sighs?

in Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition
For some reason, in the hall of lingering sighs, after the cutscene the screen doesn't return as a fullscreen, but stays as a square encircled in black (like the cutscene). Is this normal?
