Help with CEP install on mac

Alright, I'm a PC guy and know nothing about a mac. I'm trying to help someone my nephew (who also knows zilch about a mac) setup NWN:EE and CEP and some other hak files on their mac and cannot find directions. If there are detailed directions please point the way. Otherwise, step-by-step help would be appreciated.
