Getting Download info

Hi i can connect to the beamdog client, see the game , Baldur's Gate : EE, being featured in my list of game with an orange title "Ready for Download"

Although the problem is i can't pre-load the game. IT is written "Getting download info" for the past 10 hours when i have a friend which i skyped with and bought the game at the same time managed to pre-load it.
I tried using the stand alone launcher but it crashes on start up giving a windows error.

I m using windows vista. I have norton security 2012. I opened the ports 6969, 49152 and even 5672. Uninstall / Reinstall the client and it still doesnt work/change.

Could i get an update about it cause i can't find any fresh info about my problem. Is it just me or is it the servers that are overloaded/blocked?

    Try running as admin in win 7, just bought and started downloading 1 min ago

    The dl is low, but its dling :)
