Custom Portraits

Does custom portraits work in the Android beta yet? If so, how do I use it?

I saw the path in nwn.ini and created the portraits folder and put in a bmp, but the game didn't include it when I tried to create a new character.

    Yes, they work.

    I haven't tested the console command method on Android, but the longhand method works.

    These days, I'd recommend XnConvert for making .tga files from .jpg or whatever. I use Photoshop to make the set of images in .jpg format first because it no longer supports .tga files.

    ...or there are ready-made portrait packs on the Vault ( and a few on Steam) if you prefer.
