Hello,

I am unable to play the game. I get to the Beamdog my games page and it says "preload complete". It also says "Downloading" above the game icon.

I understand that I need to check and see if I have the latest downloader 2.4 or something like that by checking the file BG:EE.exe.

I have searched for the file BG:EE.exe in "search progams and files" but found nothing. I looked in my documents and dowload folders and found nothing.

Got any advice to get me up and running?

    Yeah. wait another hour til the game is actually released might help

    also you need to start client and downloader as administrator if you run win 7

    How can I actually start the game? I click on the icon (as an administrator), it says preload complete and that's all.

    The release time is set for 1pm MST.
