*IMPORTANT* with regards to Intel graphics driver issues, slow performance

To be clear: this sucks, it really does, and all I can do is offer apologies to those of you who are affected by this. There are some developers that I think would take the tack of dancing around the issue and not talking about it except directly with those affected, but in this case I'm trying my best to be as transparent as possible with you all - the community - with regards to this.
AMD and nVidia integrated graphics, as well as dedicated graphics, are not affected and should work perfectly.
I reiterate our commitment to do what we can to solve this from our end, as chances of Intel solving it on their end are fairly small. If you wish to discuss it further, please do so after the jump above.
