I can't use my Paladin powers (Android)

I have just started playing NWN:EE on my mobile. My lvl 4 Paladin clearly got smite evil and turn undead as shown on my character resume. Why can't I find any way of casting it? The circle menu when clicking my character does bring up my paladin powers 0-10 but nothing is under those menus. my charisma is 14. Also I have tried to add the power to the quick select menu with no success. Am I doing something wrong?

    You should have them by 4th level. The two most common reasons why you wouldn't see them are 1) you haven't rested since leveling up or 2) you made enough evil decisions to change alignment. Hope this helps!
