Yes, you can create override (and the other subfolders for mods). Populating from Windows is the easiest way, or you can use Android tools which are less slick. Mod files created for Windows work on Android, too.

Meanwhile, you can achieve any camera position by scripting.

EDIT: I now agree with Proleric. If one finger drag is not already used by something then it would be better.
Right now, zoom in/out is the only required finger gesture.
Stylus is better for older players (of whom NWN has more than most).
