No Female sounds in Bg2

Dear forum,

I just installed the BG 2 Enhanced Edition and could not select any sounds in character creation. While suffering damage in the intro the female main character also didnt cry out.

Is this a known bug? What can I do to get all female sounds?

Edit: My scripts arent working either. I have the tweaks mod installed.

    Sounds and scripts are fine on my vanilla install.

    If you imported from SoA then the voice-sets are different, so you probably have to go to the custom page and re-chose a female voice, hopefully that'll fix the issue.

    Yeah, this is a thing. I really wish Beamdog would fix it.

    Thanks guys, that solved the problems. Scripts are magically working now as well.
