How to download the latest SCS mod?

Hello!
It seems that Gibberling3 is shutdown/disconnected.

I wonder if any of you out there have any clue as how to down the latest SCS mod? I usually just download it from their site.

    Here is the latest SCS release. Gibberlings is back up by the way, at least the forum is.

    Please note that this is a *testing* release. Use at own risk. The latest actual release is v31.
