What Happened to Castle Exterior Tileset Water?

Is it just me, or did one of the last updates break the water texture on the Castle Rural Exterior tileset? It looks like the sheets drama clubs will use to simulate water during a stage play. The only thing missing are the kids at the four corners waving them.
