Client NWN EE not support cp1251 encoding

the game client has the encoding cp1252. When working with SQL and other plugins NWNX - incorrect text is displayed in Cyrillic. please add encoding cp1251. in 1.69 it was.

I don't think NWN changed anything here, but NWNX. And NWNX is probably where the fix should be.

https://support.baldursgate.com/issues/39990 is a NWNX problem, and I'm not sure what you expect beamdog to do. Filing the issue on the NWNX tracker on github will be a better help. Beamdog is not responsible for NWNX in any way.

the problem is that the NWN EE client does not support cp1251 encoding (ISO 8859-5).
