Getting NPC max HP

I want all m toons to have max hp but i went to pick up Viconia and she was already lvl 2 even do my main npc only have about 400 xp. And she only have 12 hp istead of 16 is there anyway to make sure the npc have max hp when i pick them up or to get to her before she get to be lvl 2 ?

    Maybe if you lower the game difficult before you pick her up(you can set it to normal or whatever afterwards)...?
