How can I increase my char's visual range?

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know how I can increase my char's visual range?
Can it be done to the charname and or items?
Hope someone could assist.

    Well I found out the way to do it.
    But auto-pause for enemy sighted and auto range attack is still at standard.
    Sigh....
