All Infos/Tips for beating Hard/Insane difficulty

Hello experts and hi adventurer,

I am looking forward to start a new playthrough on hard or insane as I have never done this before. (Did a dozens of normal ones)
Hence I will be needing a lot of infos about what spells and buffs I have to get for this to survive!
Which articles or videos or indepth tutorials can you link so I can survive this ordeal?

    With no mods that make the ai smarter all you have to do is deck out 1 fighter with ac and have him kite everything around while 5 ranged characters kill everything. That and target/interrupt all casters immediately and it should be extremely easy.
