Kicked out of multiplayer session

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Hello

We are three friends trying to play this damn enhanced edition of yours. We've had no issues playing other games online but in your game I get kicked out of multiplayer.

The host has windows 7 and me and the other guy have windows 10. Every 30 minutes I'm getting kicked out with my session terminated. We are playing through Steam.

Can you please offer us some kind of solution?
