The Beamdog Client is unable to install OpenAL.

Ready for my yearly playthrough of the saga, and when I try and download any game (BG1, 2, SOD, or IWD) I get the following message.
The Beamdog Client is unable to install OpenAL. Please contact Beamdog support using the customer support button.
Is there any way to fix this??
