Download is super slow and always crashes at 1.6GB

I've already pre-downloaded the game days ago and now I have to download it again. Not only is the download incredibly slow, every time I get to 1.6GB (of a total of 1.8GB), the download app crashes. Every time I restart it it makes me start back again at 1.3GB. This circle will never end!!
