Elisia quest

in Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition
As the walkthroughs say approaching Elisia in Easthaven with a bard offers dialogue options to sing to her / learn her song. Somehow I can't get these options. I talk to her with a bard of CHR 18 and nothing. Cheated INT and WIS to 18, still nothing. Tried with and without speaking the fisherman guy before, does not make difference. Any ideas?

    Restarting the game with a newly generated bard fixed it.
